In 2004, Pink set up a mortgage broker service, which provides professional mortgage advice to members of the general public. Based in Lichfield, Staffordshire, the company was founded in 1990 as Advance Mortgage Funding Limited and re-branded to Pink Home Loans in 1999.

Pink Home Loans is a trading name of Advance Mortgage Funding Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial services Authority.
